These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made through IBG Marketplace. By placing an order you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the selling party. IBG Group acts as platform operator and is not a party to individual sale contracts unless expressly stated.

Pricing

Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. The selling party is responsible for the accuracy of all pricing information.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed between buyer and seller at the time of order. IBG Marketplace facilitates but does not process payments directly.

Returns and disputes

Return and dispute processes are managed between buyer and seller in accordance with their agreed terms. IBG Group may mediate where requested by both parties.
